About me: I love to run, that’s were it all began. There’s a beauty in the way our bodies move when we allow it to flow in motion. I’ve always been fascinated by how we have the cognitive function to control our minds and with it our movement patterns. I’ve played all sorts of sports growing up (soccer, volleyball, basketball, track and field, and even badminton). Every sport taught me to move in all the planes of motion. Being athletic is and has always been a huge part of my life,, it makes me feel alive in ways that make me want to teach and inspire others. Fitness for me is not just a hobby, it’s a lifestyle that always challenges me, makes me stronger, improves my heath, keeps me smiling, and gives me mental clarity… the aesthetics are the extra perk. I want to show others the beauty of proper and safe functional movement. I believe that when we understand our bodies, we perform with our heart, mind, and soul.
